Join us for this series of art sessions which give young creatives the opportunity to develop their art skills in a fun and relaxed environment and display their artwork on the Fruit Factory Gallery wall.
For the June session, participants will be involved in producing expressive portraits, these can be self-portraits, other participants or friends and family. They will be encouraged to use different materials to construct multi-layered works that allow them to expand their horizons of drawing.
Our August session explores nature and plant life as participants are taught how to build recycled planters and irrigation systems inspired by Frances Disley’s exhibition. Materials supplied by Scrapstore.
Artist Rachel Elm leads the September session which delves into the excitement and aesthetics of fairgrounds through creative drawing.
